PlayNewtMoney Wheel is a free one-button casino roguelite released on itch.io on October 13, 2026, made for PlasJam #2. You feed a prize wheel in a casino that hates winners: hit each round's quota in six spins, bolt upgrades onto the wheel, and break the machine over 20 rounds. Every payout raises your Heat, and at 100 security walks you out.

How to play with one button

  1. Spin: hold Space to wind up, release to spin. Longer holds spin harder; a marker shows roughly where it will land.
  2. Draft: after a round a highlight sweeps three upgrade cards. Press to take the lit one.
  3. Install: some upgrades go on a wedge; press when the right wedge is lit.
  4. Quota: six spins to reach each round's target.
  5. Heat: payouts raise it, big ones much more. It cools a little each spin and halves between rounds.

Tips

  • Win small and often. Big jackpots push Heat toward 100.
  • Take Cool Customer or Hot Streak when they show up; they are the two cards that work the Heat.
  • Plan wedge placement: upgrades sit on specific wedges, so where you install them matters.
